ZwinRegio Vastgoedmakelaars has been active on the real estate market of West Zeeuws-Vlaanderen for more than 15 years and has grown into one of the larger real estate offices in the region. Managing director Sven Langenberg has gotten to know the peculiarities of both sides of the border (NL/BE) because of his studies and background and therefore likes to focus on both real estate markets. Partly because of his background and love for the Belgian border area, he started a second office in Knokke in July 2014. Being active on both sides of the border has enabled Sven, together with his team, to compare and exploit the customs and differences in both countries. This directly benefits clients, searchers and business partners.

The office is affiliated with the trade association VBO in the Netherlands and the Belgian Institute for Real Estate Agents (BIV) in Belgium. In both countries we work with certified brokers/appraisers and not unimportant: "Enthusiastic employees with passion for the profession!"
