Who is the founder of the offices?

My name is Sven Langenberg and I have been active in the real estate world in the ZwinRegio for many years.  Entrepreneurship was given to me from home and helps me every day to deliver the best result for our clients.

At the beginning of the 2000's I founded Zwin Regio Makelaardij. Now known as ZwinRegio Real Estate Brokers. From an early age, Flanders and the Netherlands were one area of study and I embraced both countries as my world of life: Born in Knokke, but raised in both Zeeland and Flanders. This is because Sluis is only about 2 km from the Belgian border, so I was often found in - for others - "abroad".

Through my studies, background and love for the two regions I got to know the characteristics and ways on both sides of the border (NL/BE) and I therefore like to focus on both real estate markets. That is why in the long run I took the step to open a second office in Knokke.

By being active on both sides of the border, I, together with my team, have been able to compare and make use of the customs and differences in both countries. This is of direct benefit to clients, searchers and business partners.

What are my other passions? My family, a family business and secretly I like to be involved in building projects. Qualitatively finished and equipped with a tasteful interior!
