At walking distance from the coast of Cadzand-Bad, we offer you this small domain with two separate living entities. A large detached dyke house and a cosy house with a separate address. The house is located on the main road to Cadzand-Bad and is accessible via a private dyke road. Cadzand-Bad with its luxury recreational facilities, such as the new marina, the starred restaurants and the luxurious beach pavilions is easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.
The most southern seaside resort of the Netherlands is Cadzand-Bad. Here you will find an 11 km long sandy beach, surrounded by the beautiful Zeeland nature, with mud flats, salt marshes and old polders. Discover for yourself why the vast beaches of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen are among the most beautiful and cleanest in the Netherlands. You can spend a whole afternoon walking, cycling and/or enjoying the Cadzand dunes at one of the new beach pavilions.
You can discover Zeeuws-Vlaanderen from a different side by bike, namely from the sea side. Several cycle paths are located outside the dykes here. With your nose in the fresh sea breeze and a view over the water. The nature reserve "Het Zwin" connects Cadzand-Bad with the Belgian seaside resort of Knokke. Along this nature reserve and through the "Zwin dunes and polders" you can cycle from Cadzand-Bad to the seawall of Knokke within half an hour.
Besides nature, you can also enjoy all the culinary delights in this region. Within a few hundred metres, you will find various catering establishments with a beautiful view of the North Sea and the mouth of the Westerschelde estuary, including bistro Beaufort, brasserie Lou Lou, and fine dining le Sommet. Sergio Herman's top restaurants; Pure C, Blueness and Air Republic are also within walking distance. However, this is only a sample of what this region has to offer. In Cadzand-Bad there is a beautiful hyper-modern marina with an open connection to the Westerschelde and the restaurant Air Republic! This 'State of the Art' marina has 125 spacious berths of various sizes with side jetties. These are equipped with all modern facilities. There is also a private clubhouse with a view of the marina and the beach. On the ground floor, the harbour office is situated and several bathrooms are at the disposal of the harbour users.

Through the entrance one enters the central hall, here one finds the staircase and meter cupboard. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and this space has room for a large dining table for at least ten people. The living room has a cosy gas fire and the covered terrace can be reached through the French doors. The night hall gives access to the four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom en suite. The bedrooms provide beautiful views of the Zeeland Flemish polder landscape and towards Cadzand village. There are also two separate toilets and two bathrooms with a toilet.
The night hall on the first floor provides access to the three bedrooms with sanitary facilities. This floor is mainly finished with wood, making it a robust and maintenance-free whole.
The garden is centrally located and is partially divided into two, one can thus separate the houses from each other if desired. The garden is beautifully finished with brick pavement, green planting and wooden and stone masonry fence. Because the property is situated on a dike, the view gives a spacious and free feeling.

This house is entirely made of wood and has a cosy and pleasant atmosphere. The living area is divided with a sitting area and an open kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a sleeping loft for children.
